Plain Tabata is a professional, beautiful, yet very simple timer for your exercise workout. It supports both Tabata/HIIT workouts and custom timers (in-app purchase).

-- adjust prep, work and rest times
-- adjust number of cycles
-- adjust number of tabatas
-- sound alerts for phase transitions
-- pause the workout if you need to quickly do something else
-- screen flash notification at end of workout

If you unlock the full version, you will also be able to:

-- save and load your favorite workout settings (tap and hold) in 5 slots
-- use custom timers
-- use the dark theme
-- select the slot to be selected on app load
-- get rid of ads

Most other timers are difficult to use and quite ugly! With Plain Tabata, you wont have either problem.

All important settings are on one page and additional settings easily accessible and straightforwardly clear.

With the custom timer, you can independently adjust each set in the workout, for a very unique workout session that molds itself to your needs! Each slot independently remembers whether you were using the Tabata or custom timer.

-- no loading or saving of presets by a mistaken tap!
-- to save your workout in a slot, tap and hold the save button until the screen flashes
-- to load the saved slot settings (if you changed them in the meantime) tap and hold the load button until the screen flashes & keep holding if you want to reset to default values, until the screen flashes a second time

-- on the workout screen, press the button to pause the workout, tap and hold to cancel workout

-- the *! symbol in the start-up slot setting will always open the app on the last slot that you had selected last time you used the app

A new version with an iPad-specific screen layout is coming soon! When that happens, the price of the in-app upgrade will go up, so snatch it while the price is what it is!
